The Body: Watch the trailer of Jeethu Joseph’s debut Hindi film here!

As we had reported earlier, Malayali filmmaker Jeethu Jospeh is entering Bollywood with a thriller film starring Emraan Hashmi and Rishi Kapoor in the lead roles. The film titled as ‘The Body’ is the remake of a popular Spanish flick named, ‘El Cuerpo’. Shoot for the film was wrapped in July last year and it will finally be hitting screens on December 13. The makers meanwhile have released the trailer online.

Along with Rishi Kapoor and Emraah Hashmi, the film also has Vedhika and Sobhita Dhulipala in important roles. Jeethu Joseph is a filmmaker well known for helming thriller films and ‘The Body’ also belongs to his favourite genre – thriller. As per the makers, it is a crime thriller with elements of mystery.

Reportedly, the producers had approached Jeethu after acquiring the remake rights of ‘El Cuerpo’. Sunil Kheterpal is producing the film and it will be presented by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures.
