Trailer of Sunny Wayne-starrer Appan is highly intriguing

We had earlier reported about Sunny Wayne reuniting with ‘French Viplavam’ director Maju KB for a new film titled ‘Appan’. Its trailer got released last day and it is intriguing to say the least. Alencier Ley plays the titular character — a bed-ridden aged man, whose death is eagerly awaited by the family. Sunny plays the role of his son and Pauly Valsan is seen as his wife. Ananya and Grace Antony also seem to be playing prominent roles in the film.

From the trailer, ‘Appan’ looks like a very promising film. It is anything unlike what Sunny Wayne has done before in his career. The actor himself is producing the film along with Josekutty Madathil and Ranjith Manambarakkat’s banner Tiny Hands Productions.

‘Appan’ has its story written by director Maju. He has penned the screenplay jointly with R Jayakumar. The film has Pappu cranking the camera and Dawn Vincent has scored the music. Kiran Das is handling the edits.
