Watch: Dhanush looks like a warrior in Karnan teaser

The teaser of Dhanush’s upcoming film ‘Karnan’ got released last evening. The two-minute long teaser is highly intriguing as it does not reveal much about the plot. All we get to see is Dhanush riding a horse is slow motion and he appears to be a warrior like figure who stands for the oppressed. Directed by Mari Selvaraj, the film has huge hype among Tamil cinema lovers.

‘Karnan’ is a rural-based film that is partly inspired from real life incidents. From the promos released so far, it is certain to be an intense and hard-hitting film, just like the director’s debut film, ‘Pariyerum Perumal’.

‘Karnan’ has Malayali actress Rajisha Vijayan paired with Dhanush. The supporting cast includes Lal, Lakshmipriya Chandramouli, Azhagar Perumal, Natarajan Subramanian, ’96’ fame Gouri Kishan and Yogi Babu among other.

Kollywood’s veteran producer Kalipuli S Thanu is producing the film under the banner of V Creations. It is scheduled for a grand theatrical release on April 9.
