Malayali filmmaker VK Prakash is making his Kannada debut with a film titled ‘Vishnu Priya’. It stars ‘Oru Adaar Love’ fame Priya Prakash Varrier and Shreyas Manju as the leads. The film’s trailer has just been released online. Actor Prithviraj Sukumaran has shared it in his official Facebook page. The film’s production started much earlier but got delayed due to the pandemic. Its filming reportedly took place in different locations such as Bengaluru, Mysuru, Chikmagalur within Karnataka.

From the trailer, ‘Vishnu Priya’ looks like an intense love story set in the 90s. Besides the romantic scenes, it also has loads of action-packed scenes. The film also stars Achuth Rao, Sudhindra Prasad and many others. Gopi Sundar handles the music department and his composition for the trailer is impressive. Vinod Bharati has cranked the camera and edits are handled by Suresh Urs. The film is produced by lead actor Shreyas’ father Manju under the banner of K Manju Cinemas.
