Kali Collection Report – 7 Days

Dulquer Salmaan starrer film named Kali, which is conceived by Sameer Thahir and produced by Hand Made Films owned by Sameer Thahir, Ashiq Usman and Shyju Khalid, has completed 7 days run in theaters here. The film told the story in a realistic way has Sai Pallavi playing the female lead opposite Dulquer Salmaan and artists like Chemban Vinod, Vinayakan and Soubin Shahir also playing important characters in this film. As per the latest reports about its box office business, the film had earned above 8 crore from 7 days of theater run.

The first seven days collection is superb when we look at it this way. But the fact remains that the collection is dropping all around as the film had raked in 5.75 cr+ in its first 3 days and later only managed to get around 2.25 crore from its run from day 4 to 7. First two days were holidays and then come the working days. The working days given only average status all around for the movie and the collection went down day by day.

The lack of family support is the reason for this drop and from this week there is all chance that the film will drop more as Dileep starrer comedy family film King Liar had released and getting positive response from all over. The next week release of Nivin Pauly named Jacobinte Swargarajayam will also become a reason to make the collection of Kali to drop down.
