Kerala Box Office : Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol Collection Report 10 Days

Mohanlal’s Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol has successfully entered its second week of theatrical run. The movie opened to unanimously positive reviews from both the critics and the common audience. Collection wise also, the Mohanlal starrer has opened to big numbers.

Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol has grossed a whopping 19.65 crores from the 10 days of its run from theatres in Kerala alone. When adding the all India collections, the movie would have certainty crossed the Rs 20 crore mark.

This family entertainer directed by Vellimoonga fame Jibu Jacob has already completed 5000 shows. Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol is the fastest to have completed 5000 shows after Pulimurugan.

In Trivandrum district alone, the movie has grossed 75 lakhs. From this, 46 lakhs was collected from the Aries Plex theatres alone. Mohanlal also registered a rare hat-trick feat in the Kochi Multiplexes. All his last three releases- Oppam, Pulimurugan and Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol have crossed the 1 crore mark in the Kochi multiplexes box office.

Mohanlal has four of his movies in the 1 crore grossers list in the Kochi multiplexes. Director Jeethu Joseph’s all time blockbuster Drishyam is the other Mohanlal starrer in the list. Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol had grossed an amount of Rs 8.65 crores from the first four days alone.

Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol is a family entertainer written by M Sindhuraj. The movie stars Meena as the female lead opposite Mohanlal. Anoop Menon, Srinda Arhaan, Aima Rose Sebastian, Sanoop Santhosh, Rahul Madhav, Neha Saxena, Kalabhavan Shajon, Alencier Ley Lopez, Sharafudheen, Asha Sarath and many others have played supporting characters.
