Rajinikanth’s 2.0 aka Enthiran 2 first look to be released on Sunday

Director Shankar’s magnum opus 2.0 starring superstar Rajinikanth and Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is finally nearing completion for months of shoot.

2.0 is the sequel to the all time blockbuster movie Enthiran which starred Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai in the lead. Enthiran is one of the country’s biggest ever blockbusters.

Now the makers have announced that the first look poster of 2.0 will be released on November 20th Sunday. The poster will be released in Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai. Bollywood filmmaker/producer Karan Johar will officially launching the poster. There are also reports that a teaser will also be released on the same day.

2.0 is being made on a whopping budget of 350 crores. Reportedly the function to be held on 20th will be one of the biggest events in Indian cinema history. Crores are spent to light up the event. Stalwarts like Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar, Amy Jackson, A R Rahman and many other top stars from other industries will be present for this grand event.

2.0 will have Akshay Kumar playing the antagonist locking horns with Rajinikanth. Amy Jackson will play the female lead in this science fiction movie. The movie is written by Shankar and Jeyamohan. Oscar Award winning composer A R Rahman is the music director for 2.0.

According to trustworthy reports, shoot for the movie will be completed by the end of November. Post production works for the movie will extend upto 9 months.

2.0 is scheduled to release in 2017 during the Diwali season.
