After 2.0 and Kaala, Rajinikanth to work with AR Murugadoss

AR Murugadoss is one of the very few filmmakers who has tasted success in all the industries that he has worked in. The Tamil born director has given blockbusters like Dheena, Thuppakki, Kaththi, Ghajini (both in Hindi and Tamil), Stalin etc.

He is currently working on Spyder, his much awaited bilingual with Mahesh Babu in the lead. The movie is in the final stages of production and is slated to hit screens for the Pooja holidays next month.

It is already known that AR Murugadoss’ next film will be with Thalapathy Vijay. They are uniting for the third time after the successful Thuppakki and Kaththi.

In a recent interview, when asked about the director’s other future projects, he made a very interesting revelation. Apparently, ARM has narrated a story to superstar Rajinikanth and he has agreed to do the project after the release of 2.0 and his ongoing Kaala.

He is quoted saying, “I have a few scripts in mind and have also narrated a story to Rajni sir who liked it immensely. After the release of his two films, Kaala and 2.0, my project will start.”

This is a really huge news as AR Murugadoss has been mentioning about his desire to work with Rajinikanth from the past itslef. He is an ace filmmaker who dishes out commercially viable entertainers without making any compromise on quality.

Rajinikanth meanwhile is busy shooting for the gangster flick Kaala, his second outing with director Pa Ranjith after last year’s Kabali. The magnum opus 2.0 directed by Shankar will be superstar’s next release. The makers are planning to release the movie in January next year.
