Asif Ali’s Kakshi Amminippilla opens to positive reports!

Asif Ali starrer ‘Kakshi Amminippilla’ was released last day. The movie has taken a decent opening with mostly positive reports all around. Both critics and commoners seemed to have taken a liking for the movie. Word of mouth in social medias is very crucial and it so far looks encouraging.

‘Kakshi Amminippilla’ is directed by debutant Dinjith Ayyathan and scripted by Sanilesh Shivan. It is centred around the case of newly wed couple, Shajith Kumar Amminipilla and wife Kanthi Sivadasan. Ahmed Siddique and debutante Fara Shibla play these two major roles.

Asif Ali essays the role of advocate Pradeepan Manjodi, a political aspirant who is initially reluctant but later takes up the divorce case. Through this story of an odd couple, the movie tries to address some relevant issues like good parenting, the need for couple getting to know each other before tying the knot and the importance of understanding in a marital life.

The movie is aided by good performances from all the actors, with the stand out being Fara Shibla. Basil Joseph, Nirmal Palazhy, Sudheesh, Mamukkoya, Sreekanth Murali, Sivadas Kannur, Aswathy Manoharan, Sarayu Mohan and Sarasa Balussery also make a mark.
