Back to back projects lined up for Antony Varghese

Antony Varghese, who shot to fame with ‘Angamaly Diaries’ has been away from action for over a year now. His last release was ‘Swathandriam Ardharathriyil’ (SA), which hit screens last March. While the gap has been quite long, it seems like actor is now trying to make up for it as he currently has multiple projects in his kitty.

His next release will be ‘Jallikattu’, which is helmed by his mentor Lijo Jose Pellissery. The movie has been in the making for nearly a year and is expected to hit screens shortly. Antony has also committed for a couple of projects with ‘SA’ director Tinu Pappachan. We hear that one of them is a highly ambitious flick that has been planned on a big scale. It is likely to start rolling by early next year.

Antony is also starring in director Jude Anthany Joseph’s maiden production venture. Nithish Sahadev, a former associate of Jude, is making his directorial debut with this movie. More details regarding the genre and other cast and crew members is expected to be formally announced before shoot begins.

Another film getting ready for Antony is a football based one directed by debutant Nikhil Premraj. It will be produced under the banner of Achappu Movie Magic. An official announcement regarding the same is expected to be made soon.
