Biju Menon-Sunny Wayne movie titled as Rosapoo

Biju Menon and Sunny Wayne are teaming up for a new movie titled as Rosapoo. Soubin Shahir will also be seen in a pivotal character. The movie, directed by debutant Vinu Joseph is touted to be a fun filled entertainer.

Shibu Thameens who has produced big budget movies like Vijay’s Puli and Vikram’s Irumugan is funding this movie. This is his second production venture in Malayalam after Dulquer Salmaan’s ABCD.

Vinu Joseph, was earlier an associate to director Rajeev Ravi. He is also a noted ad filmmaker. Rosapoo movie is jointly written by Vinu Joseph and Santhosh Echikkanam.

Reportedly, there will be many actors from other industries also. Most of the technicians associated with this project are from Kollywood. This will be the first film where Biju Menon and Sunny Wayne will be sharing screen space.

Biju Menon is having a handful of promising films in his kitty. He recently signed for a new movie with director Shafi, titled as Sherlock Toms. Jeethu Joseph will also be directing a new movie with Biju Menon in the lead. The movie, titled as Thaskaran is based on the book Thaskaran: Maniyan Pillayude Aathmakatha based on the story of a real life robber Maniyan Pillai.

The veteran actor is also playing a pivotal character in Nee Ko Njaa Chaa fame Gireesh Mano’s upcoming movie Lava Kusha, also starring Neeraj Madhav and Aju Varghese in the leads. Orayiram Kinakkalal with newcomer Pramod Mohan is another movie that he has signed for.

Meanwhile, Sunny Wayne is busy shooting for Jijo Antony’s Pokkiri Simon, Oru Kaduththa Aaraadhakan. He is also playing the lead along with Fahadh Faasil in Aanengilum Allengilum, an upcoming rom-com entertainer.
