Check out the first look poster of Tovino Thomas’ Maradona!

Promising young actor Tovino Thomas is celebrating his 29th birthday today. On this occasion, the actor unveiled the first look poster of his upcoming movie ‘Maradona’. He shared the poster in his official Facebook page and also informed that they will be announcing the release date very soon. It is an intriguing poster with only his back side being shown. The name ‘Maradona’ is tattooed on his neck and the body also has a lot of bruises.

Maradona is directed by debutant Vishnu Narayan, a former associate of Dileesh Pothan, Aashiq Abu and Sameer Thahir. The movie is scripted by Krishnamoorthy, who has previously assisted Lijo Jose Pellissery and Dileesh Pothan. Maradona also stars ‘Angamaly Diaries’ actors Kichu Tellus and Tito Wilson in major roles. Chemban Vinod Jose is another actor who will be seen in a vital character in the movie.

Newcomer Sharanya R Nair is playing the female lead opposite Tovino. Leona Lishoy, Niranjan, Jins Bhaskar and Nishthar Ahamed are also part of the supporting cast. Debutant Deepak D Menon is the cinematographer and ‘Ezra’ fame Sushin Shyam is handling the music department. Saiju Sreedharan is editing the movie.

The movie is being produced by S Vinod Kumar under the banner of Mini Studio.
