Check out this new look of Mohanlal as Odiyan Manikyan

With hardly a month away from release, the makers of Odiyan are leaving no stone unturned to promote the movie. A new look of Mohanlal was unveiled today in social medias. An intense looking Mohanlal with his old-age getup is seen in this still. Recently, the first song from the movie was released online. Rendered by Shreya Ghoshal and Sudeep Kumar, the song ‘Kondoram’ has already become a big hit.

Odiyan directed by Shrikumar Menon is an action packed mass entertainer with fantasy elements in it. Harikrishnan has scripted the movie based on the life of odiyans, who are people who practice a kind of black magic called odividya. Mohanlal plays the role of Manikyan, someone who is mastered in odividya. Manju Warrier plays the female lead and Prakash Raj will be seen in the villain role. Manoj Joshi, Narain, Innocent, Kailas, Sana Althaf, Siddique and Nandu are also part of the supporting cast.

Odiyan’s technical team includes DOP Shaji Kumar, editor Johnkutty, action choreographer Peter Hein, art director Prashanth Madhav and composers M Jayachandran and Sam CS (background score). Mohanlal’s own banner Aashirvad Cinemas is producing the movie, which is getting ready up for a grand worldwide release on December 14.
