Dulquer Salmaan and Alia Bhatt to team up

Mollywood’s young sensation Dulquer Salmaan is teaming with Bollywood beauty Alia Bhatt will be teaming up soon. No, not for a movie. They will be acting together for mobile giant Gionee’s new ad film.

Dulquer Salmaan has been signed as the regional ambassador for Gionee. The actor recently through his Facebook page joined Alia Bhatt’s selfistan campaign. Actors Shruthi Haasan and Diljith Dosanjh are also part of the campaign.

Dulquer being roped in as the regional ambassador for a national brand shows the kind of popularity he enjoys. He is one of the very few actors from Malayalam, who has an extended fan base outside the State. He recently signed for two Tamil movies and is in talks for his Bollywood entry.

Dulquer Salmaan is currently shooting for Bejoy Nambiar’s upcoming movie Solo, a bilingual made in Tamil and Malayalam. His next release will be CIA aka Comrade In America, directed by Amal Neerad. The movie will hit screens on the first week of May.
