Dulquer Salmaan Diversifying His Portfolio: Bagging Consecutive Major Projects with Suriya and Kamal Haasan

Renowned for his vibrant presence in Mollywood, the versatile actor Dulquer Salmaan has carved a niche as a Pan-Indian artist. His strategic film choices spanning across Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil have reinforced his multifaceted appeal.

Presently, he is deeply engrossed in the Telugu film, ‘Lucky Baskhar,’ under the direction of Venky Atluri. Post its completion, Dulquer Salmaan is slated for two consecutive significant Tamil projects. The first, helmed by Sudha Kongara, features Suriya in the lead role.

Reports indicate Dulquer Salmaan’s pivotal contribution to this project. Joining him are esteemed actors Nazriya Fahad and Vijay Varma, portraying essential characters. Following this, Dulquer Salmaan reunites with the legendary filmmaker Mani Ratnam for ‘Thug Life,’ where the iconic Kamal Haasan takes on the lead role.

In ‘Thug Life,’ alongside Dulquer Salmaan, Jayam Ravi and Trisha will play significant roles. Speculation hints at Dulquer Salmaan’s portrayal as a Collector, although unconfirmed. Additionally, Dulquer Salmaan has committed to an upcoming Bollywood project, and sources suggest his next Malayalam venture might be directed by either Tinu Pappachan or Soubin Shahir.
