Dulquer Salmaan resumes shooting for Hey Sinamika

After almost a 7-month long break due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Dulquer Salmaan has finally got back to work. The actor has resumed shooting for his Tamil film, ‘Hey Sinamika’, which marks the directorial debut of popular dance choreographer Brindha Gopal. The makers had originally started shooting in March this year but were forced to be on a break due to the virus outbreak.

‘Hey Sinamika’ is said to be a rom-com entertainer. Kajal Aggarwal and Aditi Rao Hydari will be seen as the female leads. Since this is the first time that the three lead actors – Dulquer, Kajal and Aditi – will be sharing screen space with each other, it will be interesting to see their on-screen rapport.

On the technical front, Govind Vasantha of ’96’ fame is in charge of the music department and cinematography is being handled by Preetha Jayaraman. Jio Studios is producing the film, which is also their maiden production venture in Tamil. The team is planning to wrap up the entire shoot by December.
