Dulquer Salmaan to star alongside Rajkummar Rao in his web series debut

Dulquer Salmaan is all set to make his web series debut with an upcoming comedy-thriller directed by Raj and DK. The director duo is famous for their Amazon Prime Video series ‘The Family Man’. Their upcoming series stars Rajkummar Rao and ‘The White Tiger’ fame as the other leads.

Though Dulquer has been offered multiple web shows in the past, the actor has been rejecting most of them. It is said that he was highly impressed by Raj and DK’s project and immediately agreed to be part of it. The makers had initially tried to rope in Diljit Dosanjh for the role but he opted out due to date issues.
If reports are to be believed, shoot for the series has already begun. More details regarding the same are awaited.

Dulquer is expected to join the team soon. The actor is currently in isolation after testing positive for Covid-19.
