Dulquer Salmaan and Venkatesh to team up for a war epic film?

After carving a niche for himself in Mollywood, Dulquer Salmaan is currently in the process of gaining a foothold in other major industries. He is already a popular star in Tamil and this year he made his debut in Telugu and Hindi as well. With the success of ‘Mahanati’, Dulquer is now popular among the Telugu cinema audience. After the movie’s release, he was flooded with many offers, but the actor, who is known to be choosy, has still not signed any new project.

Latest buzz in Telugu social media forums is about Dulquer teaming up with superstar Venkatesh. Unlike the movies that the young actor has been doing so far, this upcoming one is said to be a war epic film. A popular production house based in Tollywood will be bankrolling the movie and they have hired a newcomer to helm this epic film. Reportedly, Dulquer and Venkatesh have already met a couple of times to discuss about the script. If the project materializes, it will be huge in terms of its reach as both the actors are hugely popular in their respective industries. Ad of now, let’s wait for an official confirmation.

Meanwhile, Dulquer is set to join the sets of his new Hindi film ‘The Zoya Factor’. The movie which also stars Sonam Kapoor is based on Anuja Chauhan’s 2008 best seller novel of the same name. Down South, DQ has ‘Oru Yamandan Premakadha in Malayalam, and ‘Kannum Kannum Kollai Adithaal’ and ‘Vann’ in Tamil.
