Kaappaan Telugu version titled as Bandobast; Here’s the first look

‘Kaappaan’ is among the most awaited films in Tamil cinema this year. The movie has a stellar star cast lead by two of South cinema’s biggest stars – Mohanlal and Suriya. Besides Tamil, the movie will also be releasing in Telugu. The Telugu version has been titled as ‘Bandobast’ and its first look poster was unveiled just a while back in social medias.

‘Kaappaan’ has Mohanlal playing the Indian Prime Minister’s role. His character is named as Chandrakanth Varma and it is a grey-shaded role. Suriya will be seen as a high-rank National Security Guard (NSG) officer, who is in charge of the PM’s security. The movie is touted to be an action packed thriller, and the teaser promised the same. The cast also includes Arya, Sayyeshaa, Boman Irani, Shamna Kasim and Samuthirakani in major roles.

Lyca Productions is backing this big budget flick, which is scheduled for release in August.
