Kaaval: Suresh Gopi turns back the clock to his heydays!!

After several years, Suresh Gopi is making his comeback to mass genre with ‘Kaaval’ which is being directed by Nithin Renji Panicker of ‘Kasaba’ fame. Shoot for the film commenced recently and the makers have been sharing a few location stills that has excited the fans. Expectations have shot up for the film thanks to these new stills. Suresh Gopi looks fierce and instantly reminds one of the firebrand superstar that he was back in the 90s.

‘Kaaval’ scripted by dNithin Renji Panicker is touted to be an action-packed family drama. The story set in the high ranges of Idukki spans across different timelines. Renji Panicker is playing a crucial role along with Suresh Gopi. Lal was originally supposed to play the role but he opted out due to his commitments in other languages. Both Suresh Gopi and Renji Panciker will be appearing in two getups in the film – an older and younger look.

‘Kaaval’ has Zaya David of Irupathiyonnaam Noottaandu’ as the female lead. Others in the supporting cast include Alencier Ley Lopez, IM Vijayan, Sujith Shankar, Kichu Tellus, Binu Pappu, Santhosh Keezhattoor, Muthumani and Pathamaraj Ratheesh. National award winner Nikhil S Praveen is wielding the camera. Ranjin Raj of ‘Joseph’ fame is the music director. Joby George of Goodwill Entertainments is producing the film.
