After Kannum Kannum Kollai Adithaal, Dulquer to shoot for his Hindi movie The Zoya Factor!

Dulquer Salmaan is currently shooting in Chennai for his upcoming Tamil movie ‘Kannum Kannum Kollai Adithaal’ (KKKA). This romantic flick directed by debutant Desingh Periyasamy has Ritu Varma paired opposite Dulquer. Shoot for the movie is expected to be wrapped up by the end of April.

After the completion of KKKA, Dulquer will be joining the sets of his upcoming Hindi movie ‘Zoya Factor’. Reportedly, Dulquer will be playing the lead along with Sonam Kapoor in this big screen adaptation of Anuja Chauhan’s 2008 novel of the same name.

The novel revolves around a PR executive Zoya Singh Solanki, who was born on the exact moment when Indian had lifted the 1983 World Cup. Zoya is considered as a lucky charm by the Indian team as well as the media. But the team’s captain doesn’t believe in luck and relies on performance. Zoya keeps clashing with the Indian skipper, and what follows is a love-hate relationship. If reports are to be believed, Dulquer is playing the skipper’s role and he is planning to take up basic coaching in cricket for the role.

The rights to adapt the novel have been bagged by Aarti and Pooja Shetty and Abhishek Sharma will be directing the movie. The official announcement of Zoya Factor with more details regarding its cast and crew is expected to be made very soon.
