Lijo Jose Pellissery in a mass cameo role in Swathanthryam Ardharathriyil

Antony Varghese, who made an impressive debut last year with the blockbuster Angamaly Diaries (AD), will be next seen in Swathanthryam Ardharathriyil. The movie directed by debutant Tinu Pappachan and scripted by Dileep Kurian is tipped to be an action thriller. Vinayakan and Chemban Vinod Jose play other major roles in the movie.

Director Lijo Jose Pellissery is essaying a cameo role, that of an advocate in the movie. He has previously done notable guest roles in movies like Sapthamasree Thaskaraha and Mayaanadhi. Eventhough his character in Swathanthryam Ardharathriyilil is a brief one, he comes at a very crucial juncture in the plot.

Interestingly, Lijo Jose has more connections to Swathanthryam Ardharathriyilil. He is one of its co-producers while director Tinu Pappachan was one of his former associates. The movie has Antony playing Jacob, a Kottayam based youngster who works in a finance company.

As the title Swathanthryam Ardharathriyilil suggests, the core plot of this movie evolves over certain incidents that occur in a single night which turns the protagonist’s life upside down. The movie has quite a few high action voltage action sequences. Shoot has already been wrapped up and the team is currently busy with the post production works. The movie is being produced by BC Joshi and it will be presented by director B Unnikrishnan.
