Malik trailer all set for release tomorrow

The trailer of Fahadh Faasil’s upcoming film ‘Malik’ is set all set for release tomorrow (March 25) evening at 6 PM. A new poster featuring Fahadh and Nimisha Sajayan has been shared online. It looks the two play a couple in the film. Directed by Mahesh Narayanan, the film is based on some real-life incidents that occurred few years back in Kerala.

‘Malik’ also stars Dileesh Pothan, Vinay Forrt, Indrans, Sudhi Koppa, Chandhunath, yesteryear actress Jalaja and Maala Parvathy in major roles. Besides scripting and directing, Mahesh Narayanan is also editing the film. Cinematographer Sanu John Varughese, music director Sushin Shyam, production designer Santhosh Raman and sound designers Vishnu Govind and Sree Sankar are part of the core technical team.

‘Malik’ was originally scheduled to hit screens last year in April. However, it got delayed due to the pandemic. The makers have finally zeroed in on May 13 as the release date. Since it coincides with the Eid season, the film is expected to take a good opening in theatres. Produced by Anto Joseph, the film is made on a big canvas on a budget of close to Rs 30 crores.
