As per the latest reports, Mithra Kurian will take the wedding vows in the near future. Her bridegroom is Williams Francis who is a renowned keyboard artist. They have been in a relationship for a very long time.  They made the decision to tie the knot after their parents gave them the green signal. They were introduced to each other through a stage show. They became close friends within a short time. This friendly relationship opened the way for the romance.

Mithra’s actual name is Daima and she is the resident of Perumbavoor.  Mithra’s parents are Kurien and Baby.  She made her entry to the film industry through the movie Vismayathumbathu, which had Mohanlal in the lead role. Though she did not have much to perform in the movie, she managed to get the attention of the audience. Her first movie as the female protagonist was Gulmaal along with Kunchako Boban and Jayasurya.

She also played a relevant role in the movie Bodyguard.  She also was a part of the Tamil version of the movie. She won a spot in the South Indian Filmfare award nominations for the best supporting actor for her performance in the Tamil remake. She also participated in the movie Ladies and Gentlemen where she appeared as one of the three central female characters along with Mamta Mohandas and Padmapriya. She also tried her hand at Tamil movies as well.

Mithra is an exceptional dancer. She has displayed her dancing skill in a number of occasions.  She also was involved as a judge in the reality shows such as Dance Party and Mummy and me.As for Williams; he is a native of Thrissur. His father is Francis and his mother is Mercy. He has earned a name for himself in the field of music after working with the reputed names like Ouseppachan.  The word coming from the inside source is that they intend to keep their marriage a private ceremony with their relatives and close friends as the only invitees. The marriage is expected to take place in January of next year. It would be interesting to see whether Mithra Kurian will take a break from movies after her marriage or not.
