Mohanlal is a role model for the young generation actors, says Asha Sarath

Asha Sarath had become popular among Malayalees and in the Malayalam cinema industry through her character in Mohanlal starrer film Drishyam directed by Jeethu Joseph. Drishyam is still the biggest ever success in Mollywood and that character named Geetha Prabhakar IPS had given great boost to Asha Sharath as an actress here in Mollywood. She even acted with Kamal Haasan in the Tamil Remake of this film.

While remembering her experience with the legend Mohanlal, she said that Mohanlal is a perfect role model for the young actors. She said when it comes to acting skills, there is no other perfect role model than Mohanlal can be found here in Mollywood.

She also advised the younger generation actors have to learn from Mohanlal’s behavior as well. He is so simple in his life style and also one of the humblest human being ever born here. His dedication and commitment to his profession is beyond words as well. Asha Sharath said that she got the chance to work with him in the film named Kamaladalam in which Mohanlal played a classical dancer. It was directed by Sibi Malayil. But she can’t do that role that time due to some other issues.

Later she acted with him as his wife in the movie Karmayodha directed by Major Ravi. She said that it was indeed a great blessing for her to get chance to share screen space with the phenomenon called Mohanlal. Then came Drishyam and the rest is history.
