Namitha names Prithviraj as her favorite Malayalam actor; Expresses her wish to act with him!

Namitha is a popular actress among the South Indian audience. Though she has not been very active in the last few years, she is set to make a comeback with a multilingual film titled ‘Bow Wow’. As part of its promotions, she recently had an interview with a popular Malayalam daily. When asked about Malayalam cinema, she named Prithviraj Sukumaran as her favorite actor in the industry. She also expressed her wish to act with him some day. It is worth a mention that Namitha has so far done two Malayalam films – ‘Black Stallion’ and ‘Pulimurugan’.

Namitha’s comeback film is ‘Bow Wow’, a suspense thriller that has a dog as a central character. The film is written and directed by RL Ravi and Mathew Scaria. Namitha plays a blogger in the film, which is said to be inspired by a true survival story. The film marks her maiden production venture. Her own production house is jointly funding the film along with Subash S Nath of S Nath Films.

‘Bow Wow’ has PS Krishna cranking the camera while Ananthu S Vijay handles the editing. Rejimon is composing the music. Apart from Malayalam and Tamil, the film will be released in Telugu and Kannada as well.
