Nancy Rani: Ahaana Krishna’s new film announced

Last day, on the birthday of Ahaana Krishna, her new film ‘Nancy Rani’ got announced. The film is written and directed by debutant Joseph Manu James. Roy Sebastian Kailath, John W Varghese and Rejanish Babu are jointly producing the film. Mammootty shared the first look poster through his social media handle. Several other celebs shared the poster and poured in their wishes for Ahaana.

Shoot for ‘Nancy Rani’ had begun couple of months back. Ahaana is playing the titular role in the film. This is her first film as a solo lead actor, so it remains to be seen how she shoulders it. Seasoned actors like Lal, Aju Varghese and youngsters like Arjun Ashokan, Dhruvan, Basil Joseph and Vishak Nair are also part of the supporting cast.

On the technical side, Ragesh Narayanan is wielding the camera and Basodh T Baburaj is in charge of the edits. Manu Gopinath and Stephin-Joseph duo handles the music department.
