Nandhu is almost unrecognizable in his new look!

It’s been over 5 months since Malayalam film industry has been on a standstill. Though shoot for a few films have begun, it is still not full-fledged due to the continuous spike in Covid-19 cases. During this unplanned break, several artists have experimented with their looks. Veteran actor Nandhu is one among them.

The 55-year-old had recently shared a photo of his new look. His salt and pepper getup with a long beard has caught the attention of many as he is almost unrecognizable. Netizens have also pointed out his resemblance to fellow actor Suresh Krishna.

Though Nandhu has been active in the industry for more than 30 years, it is only in the last few years that he has been consistently getting meaty roles. His career best performance came in the Ranjith directorial ‘Spirit’. Nandhu’s stellar performance as an abusive drunkard earned him widespread appreciation.

A regular in Priyadarshan films, Nandhu will be next seen in the director’s highly ambitious film ‘Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham’. He essays a character named Kuthiravattath Nair in it.
