Official: Kaappaan audio launch date announced

The makers of ‘Kaappaan’ have announced that the audio launch will be held this coming Sunday (July 21). It must noted that Suriya is celebrating his birthday on July 23, so the audio launch is more like an early treat for the fans. Recently, the first single from the movie was released online. The track titled ‘Siriki’ is s fast dance number that is rendered by Senthil Ganesh and Ramani Ammal. It is composed by Harris Jayaraj.

‘Kaappaan’ directed by KV Anand has a stellar star cast lead by two of South cinema’s biggest stars – Mohanlal and Suriya. The movie has Mohanlal as the Indian Prime Minister, Chandrakanth Varma, and Suriya as the high-rank National Security Guard (NSG) officer, who is in charge of the PM’s security. The movie’s cast also includes Arya, Sayyeshaa, Boman Irani, Shamna Kasim and Samuthirakani in major roles.

Lyca Productions is producing ‘Kaappaan’. Besides Tamil, the movie is also releasing in Telugu as ‘Bandobast’. The movie is scheduled for a grand release on August 30.
