Operation Java releasing tomorrow amidst high expectations

‘Operation Java’ is all set for release tomorrow (February 12). It is also the opening film at prestigious Shenoys theatre in Kochi, which is reopening after four yesrs. The film has high expectations particularly after the excellent response garnered by the trailer. Cinephiles in social medias have pinned high hopes on the film.

‘Operation Java’, written and directed by debutant Tharun Moorthy, is an investigative film revolving around cyber crimes. The film is inspired from several real-life incidents. It focusses on how the Kerala Police’s cyber department functions and the various cases they crack.

Vinayakan, Lukman, Irshad, Balu Varghese, Shine Tom Chacko, Binu Pappu, Dhanya Ananya, Mamitha Baiju, Vineetha Koshy, Johny Antony and Prashanth Alexander are part of the film’s cast. It has edits by Nishadh Yusuf and cinematography by Faiz Siddik, who has also cranked the camera for the upcoming films ‘Aanaparambile World Cup’, ‘The Wolf’ and ‘Adi’.
