Pathan: Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham to face off in War director Siddharth Anand’s next?

Bollywood medias are reporting that Shah Rukh Khan is set to team up with Siddharth Anand for a new action film. Reportedly titled as ‘Pathan’, the film might also have John Abraham in a major role. The two stars have not worked together yet, so fans are already excited. It is said that the film is planned on the lines of the director’s last film ‘War’. The Hrithik Roshan-Tiger Shroff starrer was a massive blockbuster. Apparently, the makers are planning a similar action-packed entertainer in which SRK and John Abraham will be locking horns.

Shah Rukh Khan has not had a big hit for some time now. He desperately needs one and ‘Pathan’ might be that much-needed film for him. The superstar was supposed to work with Raj Kumar Hirani next but due to the pandemic and the difficulty in shooting abroad, that project will probably be delayed.

‘Pathan’ is most likely to be SRK’s next to go on floors. It will be produced by Yash Raj Films. The film is expected to be formally announced next month as part of the 50th anniversary celebrations of the production house. Many other big flicks are also planned to be launched as part of this momentous occasion.
