Vijay Sethupathi and Taapsee Pannu to work together for the first time!

Despite establishing herself as a bankable actor in Bollywood, Taapsee Pannu continues to be part of South Indian films. She has now signed a new Tamil film, which will be helmed by debutant Deepak Sundararajan, son of veteran actor-director actor R Sundararajan. Apparently, it is a comedy entertainer that will also Vijay Sethupathi in an important role. The makers are planning to start shooting in September. The entire team will be staying in Jaipur to complete the project in one go. They are currently waiting to acquire the approval for shoots. More details on the project are awaited. This is the first time Vijay Sethupathi and Taapsee are working together in a film and that makes it something to look forward to.

Meanwhile, both the actors have multiple projects coming up. Vijay Sethupathi’s next release will be ‘Ka Pae Ranasingam’. The film which also stars Aishwarya Rajesh is all set to be premiered directly on Zee5. He also has ‘Kadaisi Vivasayi’, ‘Maamanithan’, ‘Laabam’, ‘Master’ , ‘Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir’ and ‘Tughlaq Durbar’ lined up. Taapsee has ‘Haseen Dillruba’, ‘Rashmi Rocket’ and the Tamil film ‘Jana Gana Mana’ coming up.
