Huge pre release buzz for Pulimurugan Telugu version Manyam Puli

Malayalam cinema’s all time blockbuster Pulimurugan’s Telugu version, Manyam Puli is releasing tomorrow. Manyam Puli is releasing in a massive 350 theatres, a very big number for a dubbed movie.

Apparently, there is huge pre release buzz for the movie in Andhra Pradesh and Telengana. Huge flexes and posters of Super Star Mohanlal are erected in many parts of the state. Mohanlal enjoys a great fan base among the Telugu audience thanks to his two Telugu releases this year, Manamantha and Janatha Garage.

Posters of Manyam Puli are seen in autos, taxis and even many private buses in the state. The movie has been getting huge hype right from the moment the title was announced. On the title launch day, Manyam Puli was trending at the top in social media pages. Director Vysakh will be in Hyderabad prior to the release to watch the movie.

Pulimurugan’s gargantuan success, becoming the first Malayalam movie to enter the 100 crore club has raised the expectation levels for Manyam Puli.

The Telugu audience are already aware of the standard stunts that Peter Hein choreographs, thanks to the magnum opus Baahubali. His work in Pulimurugan was also hugely appreciated. The stunts with Mohanlal and the tigers are on a kind in Indian cinema. All these factors have created huge hype for Manyam Puli.

Noted Telugu actor Jagapathi Babu is playing the antagonist in the movie. Other supporting actors include Kamalini Mukherjee, Lal, Bala, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Namitha, Vinu Mohan, Makarand Deshpande etc.

One of the leading producers in Telugu film industry, Krishna Reddy bagged the remake rights of Pulimurugan in Telugu. Mohanlal himself has dubbed for the Telugu version, Manyam Puli.
