Premam title remains the same in Telugu version as well !

Premam is still in news and now it had made a place in news related to the Telugu remake of the film. The film is remade in Telugu after its great success in Mollywood and also the great success it got when released in Tamil Nadu. Tamil film lovers don’t want to remake this in to Tamil as they already really loved the Malayalam version and the film had ran more than 250 days at Chennai. But the Telugu remake had started shooting months ago and as per reports the shoot has been almost finished. They had released the first look poster of the Telugu Version as well. But the news that coming in says that they had not changed the title of the film. Now in Telugu also, the film is Premam.

Earlier there has been reports that in Telugu version, the film will be called as Majnu. But they decided against it at the last moment and considering the popularity of the title, they fixed the original title to the remade version as well. Naga Chaitanya is playing the male lead in the Telugu version and artists like Sruthi Hasan and Anupama Parameshwaran (who acted in the Malayalam version as well) playing female leads.

Reports says that Disha Pattani is playing the third heroine as well. Sruthi Hasan is playing the character played by Sai Pallavi in original version and Anupama will do the same character she does in Malayalam version. Disha Pattani said to be doing the character played by Madonna Sebastian in the Mollywood version.

The Telugu version is directed by Chandoo Mondetti. Malayalam version directed, scripted and edited by Alphonse Puthran and Starred by Nivin Pauly had become the second biggest success ever happened in Mollywood and also made record in Tamil Nadu by running more than 250 days at Chennai, which is an all-time record for a Malayalam film.

The film which had become very popular all over south India is now considered as one of the films that had helped Malayalam cinema to have a great market outside Kerala as well.
