Shah Rukh Khan hints that his next is with Rajkumar Hirani

Shah Rukh Khan has been teasing his fans for over a year regarding the details about his upcoming films. There have been all sorts of speculations in social medias about who will be directing his next film. Names like Atlee, Rajkumar Hirani, Vetrimaaran, Aashiq Abu and Raj-DK have been doing the rounds through an official word has not yet been made.

However, SRK has now hinted that his next will be with Rajkumar Hirani. During an interaction session with his followers in Twitter last day, the star was asked to choose between Hollywood filmmakers Martin Scorsese and Christopher Nolan.

Replying to the question in his trademark cheeky style, SRK said, “Wow both are awesome and I have met them…but Raju apna sa lagta hai…nahi?”

This tweet from the Badshah himself has strengthened the speculations that he is teaming up with Rajkumar Hirani. The latter is one of the most successful filmmakers in Indian cinema. He has directed five films in his career – ‘Munna Bhai MBBS’, ‘Lage Raho Munna Bhai’, ‘3 Idiots’, ‘PK’ and ‘Sanju’ – and all of them have been huge commercial blockbusters.

Shah Rukh Khan has been going through a very lean patch for the last few years and it’s only ideal if he decides to joins hands with a hit maker like Rajkumar Hirani. Let’s hope the formal announcement will be made soon
