Suriya 39: Suriya’s next with Hari to start rolling in April

It has been a while since reports about Suriya teaming up with director Hari started emerging online. Tentatively titled as ‘Suriya 39’, the film is scheduled to start rolling in April. It is learnt that Hari is currently finalizing the cast and crew. Rashmika Mandanna is in talks and she is most likely to play the female lead.

Suriya and Hari have worked together multiple times in the past, which includes the three-part ‘Singam’ series. However, it is learnt that the two are planning to reunite this time for a film out of the ‘Singam’ franchise. It will be a complete family entertainer with the regular dose of action and other commercial elements. KE Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green will be producing the film.

Apart from Hari’s film, Suriya has also committed for films with Vetrimaaran and Siva. The star’s much-awaited ‘Soorarai Pottru’ is also gearing up for release in April.
