Suriya’s ‘Kanguva’ Runtime and Release Details Unveiled

The highly anticipated Tamil film Kanguva, starring Suriya, is set for a grand theatrical release on November 14. Directed by Siruthai Siva, marking his first collaboration with Suriya, the film has completed its censor formalities, receiving a U/A certification.

According to recent reports, Kanguva will have a runtime of 2 hours and 34 minutes, providing audiences with a captivating mix of fantasy elements that span across various eras, though plot details remain under wraps.

This visual spectacle will feature not only Suriya but also Bollywood actors Bobby Deol and Disha Patani, along with Yogi Babu, Natarajan Subramaniam, Redin Kingsley, Kovai Sarala, Anandaraj, and K. S. Ravikumar. Scheduled for release in around 3500 screens, Kanguva will be available in eight languages: Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, English, French, and Spanish.

An innovative AI technology will recreate Suriya’s voice across all languages to maintain authenticity. Produced by Studio Green, Kanguva features music by Devi Sri Prasad and cinematography by Vetri Palanisamy. Prime Video has acquired post-theatrical streaming rights, with the OTT premiere date to follow the film’s theatrical journey.
