Thaneermathan Dhinangal fame Mathew Thomas in Mammootty’s next

As reported by us recently Mammootty’s new film to be directed by Santhosh Viswanath of ‘Chirakodinka Kinavukal’ fame is set to begin shoot soon. Said to be titled as ‘One’, the film is a political drama scripted by Bobby and Sanjay. It is being produced by Ichais Productions. The makers have planned to start shooting from October 20 in Kochi.

Meanwhile, the cast and crew of ‘One’ is getting finalized. Latest to join the team is Mathew Thomas, the teenage actor who impressed one and all with his performances in ‘Kumbalangi Nights’ and ‘Thaneermathan Dhinangal’. The youngster will be seen playing a full length character in this upcoming film. Joju George, Murali Gopy, Vishnu Unnikrishnan, Renji Panicker and Sreenivasan also reported to be part of the cast.

‘One’ will have Mammootty playing the role of Kerala Chief Minister. This is the first time Bobby and Sanjay are scripting a Mammootty starrer and in addition to that, it has been ages since the star has done a political drama in Malayalam. So expectations are already on the higher side.
