Tovino Thomas likely to reunite with Guppy director John Paul George!

Tovino Thomas had an eventful 2017 with four of his five releases becoming commercial hits. Riding on a string of successful films, Tovino has been bagging several projects like Theevandi, Maradona, Luca and Oru Kuprasidha Payyan. Besides that he has also got a couple of Tamil films lined up for next year, which includes the Maari sequel where he will be playing the villain opposite Dhanush.

Last day, Tovino hinted about a possible reunion with his Guppy director John Paul George. The actor posted their photo in his Facebook page and captioned it as “We will be back with a bang!! Good news coming soon!”

It is a very exciting news as the director’s debut film Guppy is rated as one of the best movies to have come out in Malayalam cinema in recent times. Tovino’s performance as Thejas Varkey won him a lot of appreciation and made him popular among the masses. The movie also won quite a few awards at the State level.

Earlier, there were reports about John Paul George planning projects with actors like Nivin Pauly and Fahadh Faasil, but nothing materialized and both the actors are presently busy with a handful of projects. Let’s now wait for the official announcement of his next with Tovino Thomas.
