Dulquer Salmaan’s much awaited film named Charlie is all set to release on December 25 as per latest reports and the film is making all the hype around it as well. It is Dulquer Salmaan’s first Malayalam release after the film named 100 days of love which released in this year March. After that there was a film named OK Kanmani had released but it was a Tamil film and not a big release in Kerala. So the gap he took after 100 days of love and the time he spent for Charlie had given much hype for the film.

His fans and film lovers are waiting for the film with all eagerness and there has been reports that it is gearing up for a gigantic release all over Kerala. There has been a lot of talk in town that Charlie may give Dulquer the biggest blockbuster of his career as well. Mohanlal starrer Drishyam which was conceived by Jeethu Joseph had earned 66 crore and more from theaters all over and its total revenue stands above 75 crore rupees. Even though Nivin Pauly’s Premam by Alphonse Puthren and Prithviraj’s Ennu Ninte Moideen by RS Vimal got great box office gross it did not pose any threat to Drishyam. Now everyone thinks that Charlie which is coming with this sort of hype have a chance to have a crack at the record if the film receives good reviews from all over.

Charlie is directed by Martin Prakat who already given two successes in his career and they are Best Actor with Mammootty and ABCD with Dulquer Salmaan. The female in this film is Parvathy Menon and she is having a great time at box office as well with two blockbusters such as Bangalore Days and Ennu Ninte Moideen.
