Appalaale: First single from Nayattu released

As ‘Nayattu’ gears up to hit screens on April 8, the makers have released a new song online. Titled as ‘Appalaale’, it sounds like a fun folk song. The film’s music director Vishnu Vijay has composed, arranged and produced the song. His wife Madhuvanthi Narayan has lent her vocals and lyrics is penned by Anwar Ali.

‘Nayattu’ directed by Martin Prakkat stars Joju George, Kunchacko Boban and Nimisha Sajayan in the lead roles. Scripted by ‘Joseph’ fame Shahi Kabir, the film promises to be an unusual cop-thriller. General talk within the industry is highly positive and the the impressive trailer has further heightened the expectations.

‘Nayattu’ has an incredible technical team. Shyju Khalid is handling the cinematography and Mahesh Narayanan is editing the film. Vishnu Vijay of ‘Guppy’ and ‘Ambili’ fame is composing the music. Martin Prakkat is jointly producing the film in association with director Ranjith and PM Sasidharan’s banner Gold Coin Motion Pictures.
