Prominent personalities from the film industry attended the ceremony. Megastar Mammootty, Jayaram, Siddique, Salim Kumar, Lal, Janardhanan, Suresh Kumar, Kamal, Joshiy, Kaviyoor Ponnamma, KPAC Lalitha, Chippy, Jomol, Meera Jasmine, Menaka and many others were present for the function.
