Here’s a new song from Pathinettam Padi featuring Saniya Iyappan

Shanker Ramakrishnan’s directorial debut ‘Pathinettam Padi’ had hit screens on July 5. The movie opened to mixed reviews, with a section of audience being attracted by the cameo appearances. Mammootty appears in an extended cameo role, while actors like Prithviraj Sukumaran, Arya, Unni Mukundan, Priya Mani and Saniya Iyappan appear in brief guest roles.
Meanwhile, the makers have released a new song online. This peppy party number features Saniya Iyappan and a few others.

‘Pathinettam Padi’ is basically the story about the rivalry between a bunch of teenagers from two different schools. While the technical side and performances of the newcomers have been appreciated by many, criticism is largely about the inconsistent screenplay and the overdose of dramatic dialogues.
