Janamanassin: Gopi Sunder and Shankar Mahadevan come up with a powerful song for One

Mammootty’s highly anticipated film ‘One’ is hitting screens tomorrow (March 26). With just hours left for release, the makers have shared a new song online. Gopi Sunder has composed the track. Shankar Mahadevan’s powerful rendition and Rafeeq Ahamed’s striking lyrics make it sound like a political anthem.

‘One’ directed by Santhosh Viswanath is a political drama. Scripted Bobby-Sanjay, the film has Mammootty playing the lead role of Kerala Chief Minister Kadakkal Chandran. Joju George, Nimisha Sajayan, Binu Pappu, Murali Gopy, Ranjith, Sudev Nair, Suresh Krishna, Salim Kumar, Shankar Ramakrishnan, Alencier Ley Lopez, Mamukoya, P Balachandran, Mathew Thomas, Prem Kumar, Krishna Kumar, Ishaani Krishna and many others are part of the film’s elaborate supporting cast.

Sreelakshmi R is producing the film under the banner of Ichais Productions and it is being released by Central Pictures. The film is getting a simultaneous overseas release as well. Going by the pre-release buzz in social media platforms, the film is expected to take a big opening at the box office.
