Marukara Thedum: Here’s a new video song from Nayattu

Martin Prakkat’s ‘Nayattu’ is currently streaming on Netflix and the film has been getting great response. Though a section has raised criticisms about the film’s politics, the reviews have mostly been positive. As cinephiles are busy discussing about the film, the makers have released a new song video online. The song titled ‘Marukara Thedum’ is sung by Antony Dasan. Vinayak Sasikumar has penned the lyrics and it is composed by Vishnu Vijay. It marks the reunion of the trio after the chartbusters ‘Gabrielinte Darshanam’ and ‘Njan Jackson Allada’.

‘Nayattu’ starring Kunchacko Boban, Nimisha Sajayan and Joju George as the leads is a hard-hitting and thought-provoking film that is a part a social-drama and part a survival-thriller. Shahi Kabir, who has earlier penned ‘Joseph’, has scripted this film.

‘Nayattu’ has cinematography by Shyju Khalid and edits handled jointly by Mahesh Narayanan and Rajesh Rajendran. Veteran filmmaker Ranjith and PM Sasidharan have jointly produced the film under the banners of Gold Coin Motion Picture Company and Martin Prakkat Films.
