Minnal Minnane: 2018 makers release first video song

The first video song from ‘2018’ got released last day. The film is based on the disastrous Kerala floods. In the song, we can see a few main characters indulging in various activities during the incessant rains. It’s just before the rains turned torrential, causing floods across the state. The song, Minnal Minnane, is composed by William Francis with lyrics by Joe Paul. It’s sung by Shankar Mahadevan.

Jude Anthany Joseph is directing ‘2018’, which is set to released on May 5, amidst massive expectations. The film has a stellar star cast comprising Tovino Thomas, Kunchacko Boban, Lal, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Asif Ali, Aparna Balamurali, Kalaiyarasan, Tanvi Ram, Sshivada, Narain, Aju Varghese, Indrans and Gauthami Nair.

Anto Joseph, Venu Kunnappilly and CK Padmakumar have together produced this ambitious film, which is scripted by Jude and debutant Akhil P Dharmajan.
