Party: Watch the new teaser of Jayaram’s next in Tamil

Director Venkat Prabhu’s next Party is gearing up to hit screens early next year. It promises to be a fun filled entertainer on the lines of his 2010 comedy entertainer Goa. The character introduction teaser of Party was released last night via YouTube. It is a fun teaser that instantly reminds one of Goa, with an island setting, casinos and night life.

Party has a stellar star cast led by Malayalam actor Jayaram, Sathyaraj, Jai, Shiva, Shaam, Nivetha Pethuraj, Sampath, Naseer, Ramya Krishnan, Sanchitha Shetty and Regina Cassandra. Jayaram rocks the teaser in his stylish grey bearded avatar. He plays Rajashekhara Pandian aka RSP and it looks like he has a very solid role in the movie.

Jayaram has previously worked with director Venkat Prabhu in Saroja, which was released back in 2008 He played an antagonist in the movie. Venkat Prabhu is a director who very well knows the pulse of the Tamil audience and he is popular for churning out commercial entertainers. Party also promises to be a rollicking entertainer aimed at the younger generation of cinema goers.

Venkat Prabhu’s brother actor Premgi Amaren is making his debut as a music director with this movie. Rajesh Yadav is cranking the camera and Praveen KL is handling edits. The movie is being produced by T Siva under the banner of Amma Creations.
