Peyyum Nilavu: Check out this new romantic song from Maniyarayile Ashokan

The first video song from upcoming Malayalam film ‘Maniyarayile Ashokan’ has been released online. It is a romantic track featuring the film’s two lead actors, Jacob Gregory and Anupama Parameswaran. KS Harisankar has sung the track and lyrics is penned by BK Harinarayanan. Sreehari K Nair has composed the song.

‘Maniyarayile Ashokan’ is said to be a fun rom-com set in a rural backdrop. The film has an elaborate supporting cast. Along with Anupama Parameswaran, actresses Anu Sithara, Shritha Sivadas and Nayana Elza will also be seen in major roles. Shine Ton Chacko and Krishna Shankar also essay crucial roles.

‘Maniyarayile Ashokan’ has a young team behind the camera, with most of them being newcomers. Debutant Shamsu Zayba is directing the film and it is scripted by Vineeth Krishnan. Camera is cranked by Sajad Kakku and music department is handled by Sreehari K Nair. Appu N Bhattathiri is editing the film.

Dulquer Salmaan is producing the film along with Gregory. It was supposed to hit screens earlier this year due to the virus outbreak, the release had to be postponed.
