Mammootty launches the Malayalam trailer of Sita Ramam

The Malayalam trailer of Dulquer Salmaan’s upcoming trilingual film ‘Sita Ramam’ has been released. Megastar Mammootty shared the trailer through his official social media handle. Earlier, the makers had released the Telugu and Tamil versions of the trailer. The film directed by Telugu filmmaker Hanu Raghavapudi is touted to be a period love story. It has Dulquer playing an army officer named Lieutenant Ram. Mrunal Thakur is paired with Dulquer in the film. Rashmika Mandanna essays another important role named Afreen.

The film also stars Prakash Raj, Vennela Kishore, Murali Sharma, Sumanth and Gautam Vasudev Menon in crucial roles. It has cinematography by PS Vinod and music by Vishal Chandrasekhar. Swapna Cinema is producing ‘Sita Ramam’ and Priyanka Dutt of Vyjayanthi Movies will be presenting it. As confirmed by the makers, the film is slated to hit screens on August 5.

The team, including Dulquer and Mrunal Thakur, is doing promotional tours currently and they will be in Kochi today.
