Watch: Arun Vijay gives out a very important advice to fitness enthusiasts!

Tamil star Arun Vijay is known for being a fitness freak. The actor regularly shares his training clips and useful fitness tips to his followers in social medias. Recently, he shared a very important advice regarding the need to check the machines before working out. He has posted a scary video which shows one of his exercises gone horribly wrong. Luckily, he got away with a minor injury in his knees.

Arun Vijay looks back at it as a lesson learnt to never workout without a supervisor or a trainer. Along with sharing the video, he has written,

#throwback Never do this!!! Always check your machines before workout… with that fall, had both my knees swollen for a week… thank god didn’t injure my head… lesson learnt ( never workout without supervision or trainer!).. #nightworkout

On the work front, Arun Vijay will next be seen in director Arivazhagan’s next film, which has been tentatively titled as ‘AV31’. This is the actor-director duo’s second film after the superhit success of ‘Kuttram 23’. Arun Vijay is also in talks with Mysskin for a new film.
